Post Malone has struck gold with his new country album F-1 Trillion, which not only claimed the No. 1 spot on the country charts but also earned him a historic Billboard record.
The genre-crossing artist is now the first ever to secure the top position on three different Billboard albums charts throughout his career.
F-1 Trillion debuted at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart after its August release. Previously, Malone reached the top of the Top Rap Albums chart with Stoney, Beerbongs & Bentleys, and Hollywood’s Bleeding, and he dominated the Top Rock & Alternative Albums chart with Austin.
Malone's first venture into country music has proven wildly successful, as F-1 Trillion also claimed the No. 1 spot on the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart.
Additionally, 18 tracks from the project made it onto the Billboard Hot 100, a feat that speaks to the album’s widespread appeal.
While the standard edition of F-1 Trillion features 18 tracks, Malone released a deluxe edition, F-1 Trillion: Long Bed, adding nine more songs just hours after the album’s initial release.
The album’s success was anticipated, as it had already been certified Gold by the RIAA before its official release, with over 500,000 units sold during the presale period.
