The cast of Twisters made a splash at Luke Combs' latest concert!
On Friday, July 19, Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Anthony Ramos celebrated the release of their summer blockbuster by joining the "Fast Car" singer onstage at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey for a beer-chugging session.
Joined by influencer Dana Beers, who had campaigned on social media for 68 days to shotgun a beer with Combs, the Twisters trio made a surprise mid-show appearance.
After exchanging greetings and hugs, the group, led by Combs, quickly got down to business. With a count-off from Combs, they chugged their beers to the delight of the cheering crowd.
Combs, Powell, and Beers swiftly finished their drinks, tossing the nearly empty cans into the audience. Ramos held onto his can, while Edgar-Jones handed hers to Powell to finish.
Glen Powell, 35, shared a video of the moment on his Instagram Stories, tagging Ramos, 32, and Edgar-Jones, 26, and adding beer and tornado emojis.
The crossover was fitting, as Combs contributed to the Twisters soundtrack with "Ain't No Love in Oklahoma," a nod to the film's setting in Oklahoma's Tornado Alley.
Earlier in the evening, Combs and his team watched the film on the jumbotron at MetLife, which the country singer shared on Instagram on July 19. "Wow," he wrote. "What a night and what a flick."
