The third annual “Opry Goes Dolly” event will take place on January 18, the day before Dolly Parton’s birthday on January 19.
While Parton herself will not be in attendance, the evening will pay tribute to the iconic artist through a series of special performances and activities, marking one of the first shows in the “Opry 100” celebration.
Performers set to honour Parton by singing her beloved hits include Bill Anderson, Rhonda Vincent, Ashley Cooke, Chapel Hart, and Shaboozey, who will make his Opry debut during the event.
The event will offer a variety of fan experiences, including:
Birthday treats made with Parton’s Duncan Hines baking mixes.
A giant birthday card for attendees to sign.
Photo opportunities with a Dolly Parton impersonator on the Opry Plaza.
Signature drinks available at all Opry House bars.
Additionally, $5 from every ticket sold will benefit Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a program that provides free books to children from birth to age five, regardless of income.
Fans can also purchase tickets for a post-show “Dolly-oke” fundraiser hosted in Studio A, featuring Chapel Hart as headliner.
Proceeds from the karaoke event will support the Opry Trust Fund, which assists members of the country music industry during times of crisis or emergency.
“Opry Goes Dolly” promises to be a memorable evening celebrating the legacy and generosity of Dolly Parton while supporting meaningful causes.
