Award-winning artist Ella Langley has achieved her first No. 1 single on country radio with “you look like you love me,” her duet with Riley Green.
The track climbed to the top of Mediabase's Country Radio Chart and made Langley the first female artist to lead the Billboard Country Airplay Chart in 2024.
This milestone follows the song’s global success, having previously topped Country Radio charts in Canada (two weeks), the UK, and Australia.
Accolades and Milestones
The RIAA Platinum-certified hit recently earned the CMA Award for ‘Musical Event of the Year’ and features on Langley’s debut album, hungover, as well as her deluxe release, still hungover.
The New York Times named hungover one of its Best Albums of 2024, praising Langley for her raw and unapologetic storytelling, stating she “doesn't tiptoe around the wounds; she finds a way to dig them deeper while locking eyes, dispassionately and proudly.”
“you look like you love me” has become Langley’s most-streamed song to date, amassing over 260 million streams worldwide. The song also peaked at No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached No. 7 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart this week.
Langley and Green performed the hit duet on major stages, including the CMA Awards, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and The Today Show.
Emerging Artist and Tour Success
Langley continues her meteoric rise, spending her fourth consecutive week at No. 1 on Billboard’s Emerging Artist Chart. She will perform tonight at Opry NextStage Live as part of their Class of 2024.
Looking ahead, Langley kicks off 2025 with her completely sold-out 17-show headline run, the still hungover tour.
She will also join Riley Green as direct support on his 2025 North American Damn Country Music Tour.
This stellar year has cemented Ella Langley’s position as one of country music’s brightest rising stars.
