Dallas Smith makes Opry debut

Dallas Smith made his debut at the historic Grand Ole Opry on Wednesday night (June 12), performing several songs from his 2023 self-titled album to a sold-out audience.

Smith, a Big Loud artist, initially gained fame as the frontman of the Platinum-selling rock band Default before launching a solo career.

Beginning his solo journey in Canada, he earned three consecutive CCMA Entertainer of the Year awards. Now expanding his presence in the U.S., Smith has accumulated over 520 million global streams and more than two million album equivalents.

His accolades include 18 Gold-certified singles, seven Platinum-certified singles, and four Gold-certified albums.

This year, Smith is set to perform at various festivals, including Headwaters Country Jam, Country Thunder Florida, and Country Thunder Alberta, among others.
