CMA Fest 2024 is coming

Summertime means music festival season, and the 2024 CMA Fest is just around the corner. Country music fans from around the world will gather in Nashville for four days of nonstop country music.

CMA Fest is the ultimate country music fan experience. What began in 1972 as a simple lineup performing for 5,000 guests at Nashville's Municipal Auditorium has grown into a four-day takeover of Music City.

CMA Fest now hosts tens of thousands of fans from all 50 states and 40 countries, making it the longest-running country music festival in the world.

The event also supports the CMA Foundation, with a portion of proceeds since 2006 funding music education initiatives for K-12 students across the nation.

CMA Fest transforms downtown Nashville into a massive festival ground. Fans can see their favorite artists perform at various locations around the city, with stages set up at Bridgestone Plaza, the Walk of Fame, along the banks of the Cumberland River, and more.

Each night, Nissan Stadium lights up with performances from some of the biggest names in country music. This year's CMA Fest is scheduled from Thursday, June 6 through Sunday, June 9.

CMA Fest is known for its extensive lineup, featuring hundreds of acts. In 2022, more than 250 artists performed across nine different stages.

This year’s Nissan Stadium shows include performances from Luke Bryan, Cody Johnson, Thomas Rhett, Jelly Roll, Hardy, Keith Urban, Bailey Zimmerman, Lainey Wilson, and many others.

A complete list of every artist performing at CMA Fest 2024 can be found at CMAFest.com.

Fans can enjoy several performances for free at various stages across Nashville. Shows at the Chevy Riverfront Stage, the Dr. Pepper Amp Stage, the Chevy Vibes Stage, the Good Molecules Reverb Stage, and the Hard Rock Stage are all free and open to the public. Events on Broadway and Fan Alley are also free to attend.

Wear comfortable shoes and attire. Expect to walk a lot and stand for extended periods. Some stages have grass areas for sitting, but you’ll likely be on your feet for most of the day as chairs are not permitted. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended.

CMA Fest follows a clear bag policy at all its locations and stages. For more information, visit the Frequently Asked Questions section at CMAFest.com. Attendees can also download the CMA Connect App to stay updated on festival happenings.
