Country music powerhouse Restless Road has released their latest single, “Done It By Now,” available everywhere today.

Written by Nashville songwriting heavyweights Zach Abend, James McNair, and Emily Weisband, the track delves into the emotional turmoil of heartbreak, with poignant lyrics capturing the struggle to move on while haunted by the reminders of a past relationship.
The new song marks the band’s first release since their 2023 debut album, Last Rodeo.
“We’re thrilled to finally share this song with everyone,” the trio shared. “The moment we heard it, we knew we had to record it.
Everyone has experienced the challenge of moving on from an old love, and the lingering memories that make it so hard.
We hope listeners can relate to the sentiment that, ‘If it were easy, we would have done it by now.’”
The release follows an eventful week for the band. During their Grand Ole Opry performance last Friday, they were surprised on stage by Charles Kelley of Lady A—who co-wrote “Done It By Now”—with their first RIAA Gold certification for the heartfelt ballad “Growing Old With You.”
Adding to the excitement, they delivered a live performance of the national anthem during ESPN’s Veterans Day broadcast for the Los Angeles Rams’ Salute to Service game at SoFi Stadium.
Celebrated for their “faultless three-part harmonies” (Holler), Restless Road’s debut project, Last Rodeo, received acclaim from outlets such as Billboard, The Tennessean, and Taste of Country.
The album was praised for its “holistic, full and rich” sound, blending country pop and rock influences (The Tennessean). With “Done It By Now,” the band continues to showcase the harmonies and storytelling that have endeared them to fans.
Recognized as one of Spotify’s Hot Country Artists to Watch and a member of Opry’s NextStage, the 2024 ACM Award nominees are preparing to wrap up the final leg of their Last Rodeo Tour overseas.
The tour includes nine stops across Europe and the UK, with performances in cities such as Berlin, Munich, and London. Earlier this year, the trio joined country stars Tim McGraw, Cole Swindell, and Brett Young on tour.
