Megan Moroney has confirmed the release of her new deluxe album, Am I Okay? (I'll Be Fine), set to drop this Friday, October 4th.

The expanded version will feature three additional tracks: “Break It Right Back,” “Bless Your Heart,” and “I'll Be Fine,” the latter of which inspired the album's new title.

All three songs will be available on Friday, following the success of the original Am I Okay?, which debuted in July. The album, Moroney's sophomore effort, was met with widespread acclaim, producing fan favorites like “No Caller ID,” “28th of June,” and “Indifferent.”

Moroney has been teasing new music in recent performances and on social media, fueling speculation of a deluxe edition.

In early September, she shared a snippet of “Break It Right Back” on Instagram, referencing the album’s standout track, “Third Time's The Charm,” with the playful caption, “sooooo yeah the third time was in fact not the charm.”

As she revealed details about the deluxe album, Moroney gave fans a glimpse of what to expect from the three new tracks.

She explained that “Break It Right Back” reflects on short-lived romances, saying, “The love songs that start the album were short-lived, and this song explains why.”

For “Bless Your Heart,” Moroney described it as “‘I’m Not Pretty’s older sister,” aimed at addressing “the internet (and real life) assholes we all know and love.”

The title track, “I'll Be Fine,” is perhaps the most personal of the trio. Moroney opened up about recording the song after a recent breakup, saying, “The 6'2 dream and I broke up the day before I sang vocals for the title track. I remember holding back tears in the studio, thinking, ‘How am I gonna sing this every night?’ But I knew everything was gonna be fine, and that’s what this song is about.”

Moroney expressed her gratitude to her fans, saying, “Y'all have shown this album so much love – THANK YOU, and I can't wait for y'all to hear these new ones.”

This isn’t the first time Moroney has treated her listeners to extra music. Around six months after the release of her debut album Lucky, she dropped a three-song deluxe version, much to fans' delight.

It looks like Moroney is continuing that trend, and fans certainly aren't complaining.
