On Tuesday (4 June) the self-proclaimed emo cowgirl Megan Moroney made her debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performing "No Caller ID" for the first time on national television.
Last year, she performed her hit song "Tennessee Orange" on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
The Georgia native is gearing up to release her sophomore studio album, Am I Okay?, on July 12th. So far, she has released three singles from the album: "28th of June," "No Caller ID," and "Indifferent."
In addition, she has written a song for the upcoming feature film Twisters titled "Never Left Me" and has another track, "Man on the Moon," dropping this Friday.
Moroney is staying busy, and her appearance on The Tonight Show is a huge opportunity to reach a broader audience.
While promoting her new song "Never Left Me" from the Twisters movie on social media, Moroney included a playful message for the film's star, Glen Powell.
Although she kept the caption professional, her comment was more flirtatious: "Glen Powell call me," she wrote.
Fans quickly chimed in, echoing her sentiments. One fan wrote, "Same girl, same," while another added, "This is too real."
Some fans even showed their support for the potential pairing, calling them a "power couple" and encouraging Moroney to slide into Powell's DMs. After all, it worked for Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes.
