Jelly Roll has scored his sixth consecutive No. 1 hit on country radio with “I Am Not Okay,” which now sits atop both the Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay charts.
Written by Jelly Roll alongside Taylor Phillips, Ashley Gorley, and Casey Brown, the track is featured on his Beautifully Broken album as its lead single.
In addition to topping U.S. country charts, "I Am Not Okay" has also reached No. 1 on Canadian country radio, cracked the top 10 on Hot AC, entered the top 20 on Top 40, and currently holds the No. 16 spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
“Thank you to country radio, the team, and the label for bringing the first single from Beautifully Broken to No. 1,” Jelly Roll told Billboard.
“And thanks to everyone who has supported this song from the start. I believe music has the power to connect us, and witnessing the response on tour, hearing from people about what this song means to them, has been unreal. I’m grateful to the co-writers—Taylor Phillips, Ashley Gorley, and Casey Brown—for creating something incredible that I’m proud of.
"To the fans, thank you for believing in this music, for calling your stations, and for being part of this journey. If you had told me I’d have six straight No. 1s in country radio, I wouldn’t have believed it. Thank you for letting therapeutic music shine.”
Currently, Jelly Roll is nominated for three CMA Awards, including the prestigious Entertainer of the Year. He’s also on his Beautifully Broken Tour, which wraps up with a hometown performance at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on November 26.
